Off-street parking

Self-park parking solutions are appropriate and efficient solutions for various parking facilities, including urban garages, airport, hospital and venues parking. Based on unattended operations they are already equipped with automated access control hardware and one or more payment options.

For such facilities Margento provides another payment mechanism, based on mobile phones used for parking user identification, parking period definition and parking fee payment.

On parking entry user registers itself with the mobile phone. Upon exit from a parking facility, the user taps the phone to the Margento aPOS terminal and the parking fee is calculated and payment processed in one fast, easy and convenient operation. Margento enables your customers to pay for the time actually parked and increases their convenience, building their satisfaction and loyalty.

Another way of integrating mobile payment in self-park parking facilities is to integrate Margento aPOS automated terminals into the existing self-service payment kiosks. This enables people to present their paper parking ticket as usually, but enables them to pay the parking fee with their mobile phones.
