The mobile network operator offers the branded “MORE” loyalty program as an opportunity to reward its users for what they spend with Etisalat.

Etisalat Misr, a telecommunications operator in Egypt, introduced, for over 130 million subscribers, a loyalty program in cooperation with over 10 partners, such as Carrefour, McDonalds, CoffeShop, Alshaya and the Seif Group.

The project was launched in the first week of 2014 on the Egyptian market and immediately became successful, with over one hundred thousand coupons redeemed on Margento POS devices in the first three weeks of operation.
 

MORE Loyalty Program

The mobile network operator offers the branded “MORE” loyalty program as an opportunity to reward its users for what they spend with Etisalat.

  • With a multitude of free or earned coupons to choose from, which can be redeemed for BLP points and collected Coupons by using Etisalat airtime or with BLP point collection at any of the partners’ venues.
     
  • To participate in the promo, customers send a free SMS message to a call center. Their account is activated and users are able to acquire BLP points instantly via the dial&tap solution on Margento terminals, powered by Margento DoV technology.

This service is an important landmark in developing new products and services for the Egyptian market, based on Margento technology.
